1. 서비스
Soul Lantern은 사용자가 등불 메시지와 사진을 등록하고 세계 및 주변 등불을 탐색하며 번역, 신고, Premium 광고 제거 기능을 이용할 수 있는 모바일 앱입니다.
2. 계정
앱은 기기 기반 자동 계정을 생성할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 자신의 기기와 계정 접근을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
3. Premium 구독
Soul Lantern Premium은 Google Play 정기결제로 제공됩니다. 상품은 월 구독과 연 구독으로 제공될 수 있으며, Premium 혜택은 등불 상세 화면 하단 광고 영역 제거입니다.
4. 자동 갱신 및 해지
구독은 Google Play 정책에 따라 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 사용자는 Google Play 계정의 구독 관리 화면에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 자동 갱신을 해지해도 이미 결제된 이용 기간은 만료일까지 유지될 수 있습니다.
5. 환불
결제와 환불은 Google Play 정책에 따릅니다. Soul Lantern은 Google Play 외부 결제를 제공하지 않습니다.
6. 금지행위
- 불법, 혐오, 괴롭힘, 성적 또는 폭력적 콘텐츠 게시
- 개인정보 노출, 사칭, 스팸, 광고, 외부 링크 유도
- 신고, 결제, 계정, 번역, 업로드 기능의 악용
- 서비스 보안 또는 운영을 방해하는 행위
7. 신고와 제재
부적절한 콘텐츠는 신고될 수 있으며, 반복 또는 심각한 위반 시 숨김, 제한, 제재가 적용될 수 있습니다.
8. 서비스 변경 및 종료
운영, 보안, 법적 사유로 서비스 일부가 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 가능한 범위에서 안내합니다.
9. 책임 제한
Soul Lantern은 안정적인 서비스를 위해 노력하지만, 네트워크, 외부 제공자, Google Play, Cloudflare, 기기 환경 등으로 인한 중단이나 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임은 제한됩니다.

1. Service
Soul Lantern is a mobile app for posting lantern messages and photos, discovering public lanterns, using translation, reporting unsafe content, and using Premium ad-removal benefits.
2. Account
The app may create an automatic device-based account. Users are responsible for keeping their device and account access secure.
3. Premium Subscription
Soul Lantern Premium is provided through Google Play subscriptions. Monthly and yearly subscriptions may be offered. The current Premium benefit is removal of the bottom ad area on lantern detail screens.
4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions may renew automatically under Google Play policies. Users can cancel through Google Play subscription management. Canceling auto-renewal may keep Premium available until the already-paid period expires.
5. Refunds
Payments and refunds follow Google Play policies. Soul Lantern does not offer external payments outside Google Play.
6. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or violent content
- Sharing personal information, impersonation, spam, ads, or external link solicitation
- Abusing reporting, billing, account, translation, or upload features
- Interfering with service security or operation
7. Reports and Enforcement
Inappropriate content may be reported. Repeated or serious violations may result in hiding, restrictions, or enforcement action.
8. Service Changes and Termination
Parts of the service may change or end for operational, security, or legal reasons. We will provide notice for important changes when reasonably possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
We work to provide a stable service, but interruptions or errors may occur due to networks, third-party providers, Google Play, Cloudflare, or device environments. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
